International performance audit is performed on Good Will Foundation following the decision No. 4 made by the Good Will Foundation Board on 30th June, 2015. You can get acquainted with the objectives of audit in this informational message published earlier: https://gvf.lt/en/2016/11/18/performance-audit-of-foundation-starts/

Performance audit is performed by JSC “PricewaterhouseCoopers”, which selected projects at its discretion in order to ensure the independence of audit. Audit is performed on documents associated with project implementation in the offices of projects executors.

During the performance audit, audit will be performed on: bank account statements of each project executor in the period of project implementation; contracts with supplier; documents of procurement organization (documents of public procurement, offers of suppliers); documents (invoices, purchase-sale receipt) which justify all (both funding by the Good Will Foundation and by other sources) actual expenses; evidence of being financed by other sources (bank account statements, cash receipts); documents which justify reached goals of the project (e.g. lists of participants, transfer-acceptance acts)

Good Will Foundation would like to kindly ask project executors to collaborate and to be patient during the audit and is thankful in advance for smooth collaboration with auditors.
