{"id":1818,"date":"2020-03-24T15:10:07","date_gmt":"2020-03-24T13:10:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gvf.lt\/en\/?p=1818"},"modified":"2020-03-24T15:10:07","modified_gmt":"2020-03-24T13:10:07","slug":"information-for-project-executors-regarding-acceptance-submission-of-the-documents","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gvf.lt\/en\/2020\/03\/24\/information-for-project-executors-regarding-acceptance-submission-of-the-documents\/","title":{"rendered":"Information for project executors regarding acceptance\/submission of the documents"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Giving that by Lithuanian Republic Government Resolution on March 14, 2020, No. 207 \u201c<em>Regarding the pronouncement of the quarantine in the territory of Lithuanian Republic<\/em>\u201d quarantine was pronounced in the whole territory of Lithuanian Republic, with a regime duration of up to March 30, 2020 12 a.m. (see\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/lrv.lt\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/lrv.lt\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1585137568247000&amp;usg=AFQjCNFEH6rFJzs2pX6DgQ8fnlB61d5qOw\">https:\/\/lrv.lt<\/a>). During the quarantine period, public and private sector activities are limited. Thus, during the whole period of quarantine PE \u201cGood Will Foundation\u201d (hereinafter \u2013 GWF) will accept the documents from project executors only in the order specified below:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>If there is a possibility to sign the document with a secure electronic signature<\/strong>, which according to Lithuanian Republic legislation equals original person\u2019s signature,\u00a0<u>project partial funding agreement, accommodated with GWF representative<\/u>, as well as other documents (e.g. sets of activity and financial reports for previous quarters)\u00a0<strong>signed with secure electronic signature<\/strong>\u00a0by project executors and sent to GWF via email\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:natalija@gvf.lt\">natalija@gvf.lt<\/a>. We also remind you that project cost estimate and financial reports also have to be signed by the chief accountant. Please note, that documents, justifying expenses can be sent scanned together with the above mentioned files signed with secure electronic signature.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>If there is no possibility to sign documents with secure electronic signature<\/strong>, project executors submit to GWF via email\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:natalija@gvf.lt\">natalija@gvf.lt<\/a>\u00a0scanned\u00a0<u>project partial funding agreements accommodated with GWF representative<\/u>,\u00a0<strong>signed by the head of project executor<\/strong>\u00a0as well as other documents (e.g. sets of activity and financial reports for previous quarters) together with informational note, when the original documents were\/will be sent to GWF via post (in quarantine period PE \u201cLithuanian Post\u201d is working and provides services) or via couriers.
