This commemorates Liza Daiches (1914\u20131944), Bencion Michtom (1909\u20131941), Fania (Uma) Olkienicka-Lerer (1899\u20131943 \/ 44), Rachel (Roza) Suckever-Ushaeva (1904\u20131943) and Jacob Sher (1890 -1944).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Project initiator and main executor prof. dr. (hp) Giedr\u0117 Jankevi\u010di\u016bt\u0117, a member of the Lithuanian Society of Art Historians. The production and sending of the memorial stones was funded by the Lithuanian Society of Art Historians and the donations of its members. The architectural project was prepared pro bono by architect Tomas Valentinaitis. The memorial stones were installed into the pavement pro bono by the sculptor Vladas Urbanavi\u010dius.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">PROGRAM<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">2:00 p.m. Presentation of the project at the Vilnius Museum (Vokie\u010di\u0173 str. 6).\u00a0Participants: Rasa Antanavi\u010di\u016bt\u0117, director of Vilnius Museum, Tojana Ra\u010di\u016bnait\u0117, Chair of Lithuanian Society of Art Historians,\u00a0Giedr\u0117 Jankevi\u010di\u016bt\u0117, project initiator,\u00a0Adachiara Zevi, art historian, activist of the Jewish community in Rome, coordinator of the Stolperstein initiative in Italy.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">3:00 p.m. Laying a memorial stone to Bencion Michtom at \u017demaitijos str. 1.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">3:30-5:00 p.m. visiting and honoring the memorial stones to Rachel (Roza) Suckever-Ushaeva near\u00a0house at J. Basanavi\u010diaus str. 16, Fania (Uma) Olkienicka-Lerer near the house at J. Basanavi\u010diaus str. 19,\u00a0Liza Daiches near house at \u0160v.
