Director of the PI ” Good Will Foundation”

The main purpose of the PI ” “Good Will Compensation for the Property of Jewish Religious Communities Foundation” is to fund Jewish educational, religious, scientific, cultural, health care and other activities of public benefit as well as to support the Jewish people, who lived in Lithuania during the Second World War and suffered during the occupation of Lithuania from totalitarian regimes, by disposing of the state budged allocated funds and other assets (more information about the Foundation is available at website www.gvf.lt).
Key responsibilities:
– To organize the activities of the Institution and its overall management;
– To implement the decisions of both the Shareholders and the Board of the Institution;
– To organize the general meetings of the Shareholders of the Institution; to prepare the reports for the general meetings of the Shareholders; to prepare the drafts of decisions on the agenda of the general meeting of Shareholders;
– To represent the Institution in communication with the public authorities, courts, and other entities;
– To manage property and assets of the Institution and to conclude the transactions;
– To supervise all the activities of the Institution;
– To perform other legally bound duties.
Requirements:
– Higher education (preferably in the management, economics, law);
– 4-6 years of managerial work experience;
– Very good oral and written English language skills;
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills, analytical thinking;
– Knowledge of Lithuanian laws and other legal acts;
– Good computer skills.
