We are asking you to support the Good Will Foundation, a nonprofit organization, with 2 percent of paid personal income tax.

Every working person pays personal income tax, which is later allocated by the Government for the fields considered as the most important ones. Each tax payer has the right to contribute to this process and, at his/her discretion, transfer of a part of the income tax (up to 2 percent) to the entities entitled to receive support, such as nonprofit organization, which has a beneficiary status.

You can donate in two ways:

  • By filling declaration form FR0512 in writing and take or send it to the State Tax Inspectorate (STI) according to the place of residence.
  • By signing in to the Electronic Declaration System (EDS) (unfortunately English version is not yet available)

If you’ve decided to take or send the declaration to STI, you need to fill it in printed capital letters. You can find all STI’s addresses here (http://www.vmi.lt/cms/en/aptarnavimo-skyriai?rqtj).

If you’ve decided to fill in the declaration form by electronic means, you need to sign into (EDS) (unfortunately English version is not yet available) using your electronic banking and fill in the online declaration form FR0512.
