The book presents Marija Vasiliauskienė’s memories of the community of Plateliai town – Samogitians and Jews. The publication contains many photos and documents of Estera Šapiraitė, who left Plateliai in 1934, as well as Jewish documents, photos, memories of the Samogitian and Jewish descendants about the tragic fate of the townspeople.
