We invite you to listen to a concert “A Conversation between Two Epochs” at the Lithuanian National Philharmonic

On October 27, at 7 pm, the recording of the concert “A Conversation between Two Epochs” played at the Lithuanian National Philharmonic in September was broadcast on the radio station LRT KLASIKA. The project was partially financed by the Good Will Foundation.

This concert was dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the birth of Louis Lewandowski, one of the most famous Jewish sacred music composers, and the 300th anniversary of the birth of the Vilnius Gaon. The works of Louis Lewandowski, Mykolas Treščenkinas and Ohad Ben-Ari were performed by the Brevis Choir (conductor Gintautas Venislovas), Isidoro Abramowicz (cantor, Germany), Renata Marcinkutė-Lesieur (organ) and the Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra (artistic director Sergej Krylov).
