“Teaching 20th century Jewish history and the Holocaust. Professional development seminar for 30 Lithuanian teachers” in Vilnius, March 25th and 26th, 2022.

Dates: 25th to 26th of March, 2022 (start: 14:00, end by 14:00)
Location: Vilnius, accommodation Hotel Art City Inn (one night)

Teachers in Lithuania are warmly invited to apply to the two-day seminar “Teaching 20th century Jewish history and the Holocaust. Professional development seminar for 30 Lithuanian teachers” in Vilnius, on March 25th and 26th, 2022.

We will speak about how to use Centropa’s materials on teaching the Jewish history of Lithuania in your classroom and develop innovative lesson plans with guidance of experienced educators. Participants will be introduced to teaching resources such as the exhibition “A World Destroyed, a World to Remember”, and how to engage their students through multimedia tools. The seminar will also launch Centropa’s AudioWalk of Vilnius and help teachers develop lesson plans to use with their students.
