The Good Will Foundation uses the information you provide when registering, by making orders, by sending us requests, and also by submitting an application for  monetary compensation for the illegally expropriated immovable property of Lithuanian Jews to the Good Will Foundation, including: name, surname, address for delivery, payment transaction information, other contact and payment details, and also information submitted in an application for  monetary compensation for the illegally expropriated immovable property of Lithuanian Jews (all together – Personal Data) to properly manage your orders / queries.

General provisions

The Good Will Foundation by no means sells or transmits your Personal Data to any third party without your express permission.   4. Newsletter subscribers and e-shop customers have the right to request the transfer or cancellation of information related to their payment history and the information they provide. Such requests will be processed within 30 days from email receipt to info@gvf.lt.
