Taking into account that the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 14 March 2020 by resolution No. 207 “On the Announcement of Quarantine in the Territory of the Republic of Lithuania” announced the third (full readiness) civil protection system readiness level and quarantine was announced throughout the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, PE Good Will Foundation prepared Procedure for Resolving Issues Arising during the Quarantine Period in the Good Will Foundation, which will explain to project executors how to account for funding for project activities during the quarantine period.
